Service

The service connects an authorised Instagram professional account to configured responses for supported messages, comments and Story interactions. Campaigns may guide participants from an online story to activity instructions or a separate real-world experience. Available features depend on implementation, permissions and Meta's rules; not every campaign concept is available in every account.

Account and campaign responsibilities

  • You must be authorised to connect the account and approve the requested access through Instagram.
  • You are responsible for campaign content, participant information, rights to creative assets and lawful campaign rules.
  • Do not use the service for unsolicited bulk messaging, misleading prize promises or unnecessary collection of personal data.
  • Comply with applicable law and Meta's terms, messaging restrictions and permissions.

Commercial and data arrangements

Services may be contracted directly with EURL or delivered through POAP Studio under a separate agreement. POAP Studio is a separate company, not the operator of this app. Pricing, scope and the parties' data-processing responsibilities must be specified in the applicable agreement. This page does not claim that a POAP Studio agreement or its counsel's documents automatically apply to EURL's service.

See the privacy policy. Campaign organisers must provide appropriate participant disclosures and establish the legal basis for their campaign. Additional registration, location, collectible or prize features require the relevant campaign-specific terms.

Availability and ending access

Delivery depends on Meta's APIs, permissions, messaging windows and rate limits. No uninterrupted availability, approval or delivery of every message is guaranteed. Remove the app's access in Instagram settings to revoke authorisation. Logging out of this website alone does not revoke Instagram access or delete data. See deletion instructions. Access may be suspended for misuse.

Applicable law

French law applies, subject to mandatory protections and applicable jurisdiction rules. Nothing here excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
