Remove Instagram access

In Instagram's connected-app settings (Apps and websites), locate URL to IRL : checkin and remove its authorisation. This revokes access. When our backend receives a valid deauthorisation notice, it clears the stored account token. Removing access does not automatically erase historical messages, comments or conversation state held by the service. Logging out of this website is also not a deletion request.

Request deletion of stored data

Email lucas@verra.com.ar with subject “URL to IRL data deletion”. Include your Instagram username, the account or campaign you interacted with, and enough context to locate your data. Never send a password, access token or identity document unless a justified identity check is arranged securely.

We assess the request, verify it proportionately and respond within one month. If an extension or lawful retention exception applies, we explain it. Campaign data controlled by another organiser may require coordination with that organiser.

Platform deletion callback

A valid, signed platform data-deletion request is distinct from deauthorisation. The backend deletes the account's stored events, contacts and account record, with associated flows removed by the configured database relationship, and returns a confirmation reference. That callback does not establish erasure of every backup, external campaign service or immutable collectible record. Contact us with the reference for confirmation of the request's scope and outcome.
